Introduction to Improvised Quilting: Place Mats at HCAC

Students will be given a mini intensive on the ideas behind improvised quilting by make a set of two place mats or one table runner.

Improvising is about getting attuned to your instincts while finding confidence in making bold mistakes and adventurous choices.

New sewists are welcome and this a wonderful workshop for learning many aspects of sewing and quilting.

3 Hour Class: Saturday August 22, 10am to 1pm at Holyoke Community Arts Center
